EXECUTIVE TEAM -
MICHAEL G. BLOM
Mike Blom is responsible for all
activities related to delivery. He has over 30 years of data
processing experience ranging from Fortune 500 to corporate
start-ups. He has demonstrated a technical range spanning
analysis/development through strategic business modeling, and
executive management.
Mike was with Chase Manhattan as the
Systems Executive with overall technology leadership for multiple
business units including the Chase Private Bank, Student Loan, and
Mortgage businesses with regional responsibilities for entire
southeast. Mike also sat on Chase's Corporate I/T Strategies and
Standards committee for two years. He was CIO for AutoInfo an
innovative developer of an automation strategy for the automotive
aftermarket, which successfully completed a public offering.
In healthcare, he was Interim CIO
for 800+ bed acute care facility in Palm Beach County, and was
Projects Director for one of the world's largest consulting
organizations, responsible for education, certification of project
managers in the Southeast (5 branches) and for maintaining project
quality for all projects run by Southeastern project managers.
Mr. Blom has completed his practical
experience with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brooklyn
College, City University of New York. While an undergraduate at
CUNY, Mike was selected for a position in the CAI Research Center
and was simultaneously allowed to pursue graduate studies at Curant
Institute of Mathematics, New York University. He is Certified in
Operations Management from the IBM System Science Institute, and
Certified in Project Management from Cap Gemini Sogeti. He has been
a speaker for the New York Bankers Association and the Management
Information Systems Society of Tampa and is the recipient of a
Spotlight Recognition Award from Cap Gemini Sogeti, and multiple
awards for Excellence from Chase Manhattan Bank. He has published
several papers including: "The Benefits of a BSAM Approach in the
Management of MUMPS Globals on PDP/15 Computers", and "Benefits of
Automation in the Automotive Aftermarket".

JOSEPH A. MINICHINI
Joseph A. Minichini has over 24
years of experience within the Information Technology marketplace
and is the executive responsible for Business Development and Client
Relationships at Intellicor. Joe’s career was established with major
technology corporations in the corporate arena, holding positions at
NCR Corporation, Wang Laboratories and Digital Equipment
Corporation. During this thirteen year period, Mr. Minichini gained
valuable experience while functioning as: Branch Manager responsible
for business development in the financial services arena; and as
Worldwide Account Manager, responsible for business transacted with
the largest worldwide banks. Joseph acted as Product Development
Manager for what became the #1 line of Automated Teller Machines
worldwide, and was Director of Marketing of IT Products to FORTUNE
500 Companies and Director of Business Development for new IT
Service Businesses. For one of the industry’s largest technology
providers, Mr. Minichini functioned as the US Vice President of
Alliances and Acquisitions, responsible for all Cooperative
Relationships in pursuit of large consulting services business
throughout the United States.
In 1992, Joe left Digital Equipment
Corporation to become one of the founders of Corporate Technology
Systems, Inc. During his eight years as the Managing Partner of “CorTech”,
Joe built the business from a fledgling company to a $100 million
provider of IT products to FORTUNE 50 Companies. He assumed
responsibility for all aspects of the business relating to the
company’s clients. This included sales, marketing, contract
development and maintenance, inventory requirements, services
offerings, business staffing requirements. As a member of the Board
of Directors, Joe helped guide the company into many profitable
business scenarios.
In 1999 Mr. Minichini left CorTech,
and with Michael Blom (from MBA) formed Intellicor. As a Principle
of Intellicor, Joe’s expertise in business development leadership
includes the creation, sales and marketing of IT Consultative
products within Intellicor’s core vertical industries, Financial
Services and Healthcare.
